Norman Lucas, Executive Director of the Pioneer Trails Regional Planning Commission (pictured above left), along with several other RPC Executive Directors attended the 2021 Fall Conference of the Missouri Economic Development Council (MEDC) in Columbia, Missouri. While at the conference, the RPC Executive Directors networked with the top economic development officials at the local and state level and learned how the RPCs can be effective in their role as the federally-designated Economic Development Districts (EDDs) in Missouri.
